That is why I offer a free 15-minute consultation call: a relaxed, no-obligation conversation in which you can share what brings you, ask any questions you have, and together we can explore whether and how I can genuinely help. I take this seriously — I want to make sure that what I offer is truly the right fit for your needs before we begin.

All sessions take place virtually, which means we can work together regardless of where you are in the world. From there, we shape the work entirely around you — individually or in groups, as a focused short-term process or a longer ongoing engagement. There is no fixed programme you need to fit into. The path we take is determined by where you are and where you want to go.
